As of February 1st, new commissions and slight
modifications to the Amega Compensation Plan will go into effect. We're working
hard right now to get all the documentation in place. These changes are mainly
for legal compliance but it has also given us the opportunity to make the plan
easier to understand and more lucrative!
Here are the
details:
· The 15% commission paid on personal purchases
will be changed. The 15%
commission has been used to increase the payouts in the
Team Generation
Bonus.
· All online retail customers and Preferred
Customers will be paid on your 1st
Generation where you receive an additional
10% commission.
· Preferred Customers and online retail sales no
longer count toward your PBV
so you must personally purchase your own product in
order to be Active.
· Generation 6 and 7 have been added with 4% and
2% commissions,
respectively.
· Commissions have been increased starting at
the third Generation to create a
total of 15% increase in payout in the
TGB.
· PBV requirements in the Mega Matching Bonus
have been reduced.
Here's how the Team
Generation Bonus will look beginning February 1st
Team Generation Bonuses are paid on line of
sponsorship, based on the number of personally sponsored Business Associates who
are active with a minimum of 60 BV. This is paid on all purchases except
Enrollment Packages and Upgrades, which are paid in the Team
Binary.
When each BA in your line of sponsorship purchases
or retails product, you will receive Team Generation Bonuses on up to 7
Generations of Business Associates. This is based on their Business Volume (BV).
To qualify for the Team Generation Bonus a BA must maintain a minimum of 60 PBV
monthly.
