If you missed the Weekly Amegan last week, then you missed the article about the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony last Friday, at the new office in Irvine CA. You can check it out in the archives at www.AmegaWorldwide.info.

The next day, last Saturday, nearly 350 Amegans packed the Crowne Plaza in Irvine for an opportunity presentation, training, new product rollouts, and a special Energy Wellness Seminar with Group CEO Arun Kemer. The room was packed until the very end and it was well worth it. Here are just a few highlights of last Saturday:

Amega Messenger!

As we hire and train new staff, we are catching up with your needs. However, we are fully aware that it is difficult to get through and receive the assistance that you need. We appreciate your patience during this amazing time and we are working diligently to create a Customer Support Team that you can be proud of.

It's imperative that our BA's consider the Messenger in the CyberOffice as your first option for receiving support. Messenger is located in your CyberOffice on the left navigation bar. Please call or email only when an issue is urgent or time sensitive. Our staff is spending time all day, evenings, and even all weekend to answer support requests in the Messenger System.

As of this writing, regular orders are up to February 3rd and we should catch up on the Upgrades this weekend. We have a nearly full staff on Saturday as well and we'll even be in the office on Sunday. We appreciate the fantastic attitude that you have shown during this time!

Phenomenal Growth: As you may know, our 4 week, 2500% January growth spurt has caused us to adjust and grow in many areas.

One area that has recently shown signs of needing to be upgraded is the AMEX and Discover part of our merchant account. During growth of this magnitude, it's common that a company's merchant account must be modified and that is where we are now.

We have temporarily removed the AMEX and Discover Card payment types from our system, pending an upgrade to our new merchant account, which should be complete by the end of next week.

If you have paid with AMEX or Discover and have not received your product nor seen the amount of the order debited from your account, then please put a message in the Messenger System and let us know. You may also offer an alternate payment type, such as Visa or MasterCard in the Messenger as this is a secure environment. Be sure to include all the relevant information.

This is real growth and we are working diligently to accommodate your needs.

Did your new BA miss their welcome letter? We've noticed that, for whatever
reason, some new Business Associates have not received their welcome letter via email. This can happen for a variety of reasons. The letter can go to spam, be inadvertently deleted or simply be lost.

That's why we've introduced the new welcome letter feature in your back office. If your new BA has not received their welcome letter with their Back Office Login information, then you can direct them back to your replicated website, where all they have to do is click on enroll. At the bottom of the next page they can enter their BA Name along with their Social Security Number and their welcome letter will be displayed in a printable format.

My Dad called a friend of his he has known for years from networking. When he called him, he found out that he had suffered a stroke, was bedridden, unable to move and in very severe pain. The stroke was on his left side. His left arm & left leg were immobile.

Dad "wanded" his left arm (from elbow to shoulder) and he said he could feel something. He told him it was much better. He actually could raise his arm above his head and he could not do that before.

Then he started to wand his foot and leg (all he could do is wiggle his toes) BUT when Dad started "wanding," he accidentally touched his foot with the wand and his friend winced because it hurt so bad.

He wanded about 5 minutes from his knee to his foot, concentrating more on
the ankle and foot. After the wanding, Dad touched his foot and his friend
did not wince. He moved his whole foot with no pain - it totally amazed him
that there was no pain.

He ordered a Wand on the spot! This is truly an incredible product ...

It is very important for you to read and understand them so that you can maximize your earnings in the compensation plan.
