Our US merchant account provider has informed us
that our account is approved and ready for use. This is
great news for US Business Associates as it allows us to
process payment here in the US. As you may know, North
American orders were previously processed with our
international merchant account, which occasionally
caused delays and sometimes even extra fees.
It will take some time for us to integrate the new
merchant account into our system. In the meantime, there
are Business Associates who are experiencing declined
credit cards when they know their card should work. If
this is the case for you and you are concerned about
placing an order before the end of March in order to
Upgrade or to be Active this month, then you may fax
your order to our office and we'll process it using the
new merchant account.
