Amegans,We continue to be so
impressed with the amazing growth you are creating
in the infancy of our North American expansion.
Following is a list projects that I am working on
with our team in order to facilitate your
efforts:
1. New Call
Center: We are setting up a new call
center in Singapore to provide additional support
for expansion in North America, Europe and other
international markets. This expansion will include
Customer Service Representatives and provide
support 20 hours per day, 6 days per week and will
be fully functional by March
15th.
2. Increased
Production: Amega has increased the
production capacity of the AMWand and AMPendant to
support the increasing demand that you are
creating.
3. Canadian
Logistics: Amega is currently developing
a Canadian Logistics Center to fulfill Canadian
orders. Upon deployment, product will ship
directly from Singapore and Malaysia to Canada. We
are working now to register our products in Canada
and receive all appropriate
licensing.
4. More Seamless
Compensation Plan: The worldwide
compensation plan is virtually seamless, with a
few exceptions to allow for international law,
etc. We will soon be adjusting the worldwide
compensation plan to look even more like the one
we have here in North America. This is set to
deploy on April 1st.

International Webinar: Amega Global LLC
is developing a webinar that will be accessible
worldwide. Watch for details on the international
website.
6. E-Vouchers: We
will introduce E-Vouchers on April 1st. These
vouchers will allow Business Associates to
maintain their Active and Qualified status in
markets where the consumable products are NOT
available. Here in North America, we're
researching the possibility of allowing our
Business Associates to accumulate them as an
Auto-ship order and later use them to purchase any
Amega products including the non-consumable
items.
7. Redemptions:
Redemptions are now available for use in North
America. If you have received a Reward Voucher
then you may redeem it any time under "Redemption"
in your CyberOffice. Reward Vouchers do not expire
and do not include BV.
8. New
Website & CyberOffice: A brand new
website and new Cyberoffice will be available
around April 1st. These new additions will allow a
faster, more user friendly experience for you and
your prospects. I feel you will be impressed with
the new technology.
9. New US
Fulfillment Center: In order to
accommodate the current growth, Amega Worldwide is
deploying an outsourced fulfillment center in the
US to accommodate increasing orders an to ensure
faster turnaround. The target date for deployment
is April 1st.
10. Upgrade Period
Extended: The 21 day Upgrade will
continue to be extended to 30 days for the month
of March. This is to assist Business Associates
who have not been able to upgrade because of
product delivery delays.
