New BA Enrollment Process

register onlineUntil the new CyberOffice is deployed, we must temporarily change the manner in which new Business Associates enroll. This is an interim process and will be discontinued when your new CyberOffice is up and running. 

Some new, enrolling Business Associates are attempting to enroll online and are not able to use their credit card with our international merchant account. The card is simply declined, even though it is valid. For this reason, we had encouraged you to enroll your new Business Associates via fax.

These faxed enrollments are causing a challenge for various reasons, including BA Names that are already in use, improper sponsor information, and other issues. Because of these challenges, we must call the new BA in order to gain the necessary clarity to successfully complete the enrollment.

Following is a new, interim process to enroll your new Business Associates.
Please follow this process until further notice:

1. Begin the online enrollment process with the correct sponsor.

2. Ensure a valid BA Name is created.

3. Follow the prompts, including choosing a BA Kit and/or purchasing product, until credit card information is
    submitted.

4. If the credit card is accepted then complete the online enrollment. 

5.  If the credit card is declined, complete the Credit Card Authorization Form that you can find in the
   forms section at http://www.amegaworldwide.info/ or Download directly by clicking here

6. Ensure the new BA Name is correct on the Credit Card Authorization Form.

7. Fax the Credit Card Authorization Form to Amega at (949) 954-8566.

The BA Enrollment Form will be temporarily removed from www.AmegaWorldwide.info. For now, please complete the enrollment process above.
