Commission Payment Protocols

Dear Amegan,

The following are a few commission payment protocols that we want to share with you so that you understand the commission payment system and are not confused if you don't see commissions coming in when you think they should.

1. All commissions are paid via the Amega Debit Card or by Direct Deposit (once qualified). These Debit Cards must be applied for by the Business Associate through the process provided in your Back Office. All commissions are calculated in USD, however, some banks located in Canada or other countries may require conversion into local currency depending on the bank account limitations.

2. US BA commissions are paid through TransCard. You can click the link in your CyberOffice to apply. Canadian BA commissions are paid through www.WOWPays.com.

3. Direct Deposit is available to all Diamonds and above who qualified as Diamond or above before June 1st 2010. From June 1st, 2010 on, Direct Deposit is only available to Blue Diamonds who are earning more than $2,000 per week in commissions. Any amount lower than $2000 per week will be paid with the Transcard or Wow Pay Debit Card.

4. Once you have earned $60 in commissions, you may apply for the debit card. To apply, log into your back office and select "Personal Profile" and then select "Apply For Debit Card." Complete the required information and your debit card will be mailed to you. The process takes 7-10 Business Days. There is a one time $10 administrative fee for all new debit card applications. Debit Card fulfillment is managed by TransCard and not Amega, so if you have questions or concerns regarding your debit card, please contact the customer service department at the debit card corresponding to your country. Trans Card is 1-800-848-3201. Wow Pay can be reached via email at support@wowpays.com.

5. Once you have received your debit card, you must register with TransCard or WOW Pay to activate. To receive commissions, you MUST ALSO register the debit card with Amega in your back office through "Personal Profile" under "My Debit Card". Only after you have registered your Debit Card with Amega, will your commissions be auto-released and available for deposit in 14 days to your Debit Card or Bank Account.

6. Once qualified for Direct Deposit, please submit your form via fax and enter your Bank Details under the "Personal Profile" link in your back office.

7. The commission period is weekly: Saturday, 12:00am to Friday, 11:59pm SINGAPORE TIME. The time will change from Singapore Time to Pacific Time in the near future and Amega will notify all Business Associates at the appropriate time.

8. Commissions will be deposited every Friday, two weeks in arrears from the automatic commission release date. For example, please see picture below: Commissions released June 19th, will be paid in two weeks, as stated in the description as (02-07-2010), which is July 2nd, 2010. This creates an essential buffer of time to allow for adjustments due to cancelations, refunds, and chargebacks that may affect the commissions to be paid, as well as internal audits.

9. Business Associates can manage debit card funds and transfer them to bank accounts, etc. US Business Associates can visit www.AmegaCommissions.com to register their card and manage commissions that have been deposited onto their TransCard Debit Card. Canadian Business Associates can visit www.wowpays.com to register their card to manage your commissions that have been deposited onto your WOW Pay Debit Card.

10. Please also note that since Amega calculates commissions daily in the Binary, that your Binary BV will not reflect in the reports or statements until the mandatory 3-day cooling off period has expired.

IMPORTANT NOTE: "Auto Commission Release" describes the process where the commission that you have earned during that week has been transferred to a holding area until they have been reviewed and then paid in two weeks. You must register and receive your Amega Debit Card before any Automatic Commission Release will occur. Once you have received your Debit Card and registered it with the appropriate issuing company and then Amega, you will begin to receive commission payments on Fridays.

If you have additional questions regarding your commission, please use your Messenger in the Back Office to submit your questions or comments, or call Customer Service at (949) 528-2418.
