
New Enrollment Site / Shipping / Sales Tax
Dear Amegan,
Amega Global has deployed our new
enrollment process. You will notice the improved functionality when you
enroll new Business Associates and place an order during the enrollment
process. We have tested the new system with Blue Diamonds and above to
ensure the software is successfully processing all new enrollments.
As
you know, during our US startup, we were charging a reduced shipping
rate for all orders, until our shipping software integration was
complete. This integration has now been completed but we will continue
subsidizing shipping charges for all Business Associates until August
1st, 2010. Please note, in some cases, shipping charges will be less
than under our old system and in others, such as when a large order or
when a Bundled Package is ordered, the shipping cost will be more.
On
August 1st, 2010, you will also be able to select different carriers
for your shipping and in the near future you will be able to request
expedited shipping through our system.
Additionally, due to
merchant account regulations, we are required to request a signature
confirmation on all orders over $200. This will ensure that your Amega
products are received by you and do not fall into the wrong hands. The
shipping companies will make 3 attempts to collect a signature before
returning the shipment back to the Amega Warehouse.
We will begin charging accurate shipping costs and sales tax on August 1st, 2010 for all of North America.

Now
is the perfect time to place any larger orders that you have been
considering as the shipping and tax will not be currently charged. Place
your order before August 1st and avoid the additional shipping and
taxes that will be charged after that date.
Remember, we will start charging accurate sales tax and shipping on August 1, 2010 for all of North America.
