Genealogy Corrections and Adjustments
Dear Amegan, This
is to inform you of possible genealogy placement issues that may have
occurred with existing Business Associates, and during placement of
newly enrolling Business Associates. We have noticed, for example, some
newly enrolling Business Associates being placed on the wrong side of
the binary, even though the Sponsor had the other side chosen as the
default.
In some instances, when this occurred and our IT
Department attempted to correct the placement, other Business
Associates' placement were then affected. Fortunately, this has only
affected just under 250 Business Associates and is no longer an issue.
Currently,
our IT Department is working diligently to correct each issue. The good
news is that we have resolved the reason for this issue and are in the
process of returning the placements that were moved in error back to the
original placements, as well as correcting the BV errors that it may
have caused.
During the process of correcting the genealogy
placement errors, you will notice that the BA count left and right in
your genealogy tree view may not be correct. For example, the count on
your left side may total as 2, however, if you drill down in the view,
you will actually have more than 7. This will adjust once all of the
corrections have been made in the genealogy.
Please note, it can
be business as usual, as these issues have been resolved, so you can
continue to enroll new Business Associates without any further
inconvenience.
We appreciate your patience as this process may
take a few days to complete because we are working hard to ensure the
volume adjustments are accurate. As you are aware, it is crucial to
ensure accuracy in repairing these errors.
