What are BA Name and BA ID #? BA Name stands for Business Account Name. The BA Name is a unique user name for your business which you select at the time of enrollment. The BA Name is not changeable at any time. The BA ID # is a system generated number tied to your BA name which is reflected in your welcome letter and self-replicated website. You can also be identified by the BA ID # with Customer Service. What is a BC? The BC is the Business Centre(s). Every BA comes with a minimum of one (1) Business Centre – referred to as the -001; with a maximum of seven (7) Business Centers – referred to as the -002, -003, -004, etc. What is a Reserve BC? A reserve BC is a BC that has not been activated. If available, Reserve BCs can be activated any time by a BA from their Back Office by purchasing products. The status of the BC is determined by the accumulated value of the products. The status may be Silver, Titanium or Platinum. For example, a product purchase of $48 USD would activate the BC to a Silver status, and that BC would also only have a maximum payout capped at $300 USD per day. What is BV? BV is Business Value. Every product purchased from Amega Global comes with a Business Value. The BV for each product is about 70% to the amount paid to the Company. For example, if the BA pays $200 for a product, the BV is 140. What is the BA Kit or Starter Kit? The BA Kit is the Business Associate Kit, which is mandatory when someone wants to become a Business Associate and be eligible to earn commissions with Amega Global. The cost includes a physical kit and the self-replicated website. What is the "cooling off" period? Due to the nature of the business, and since a Sponsor introduces the products and the business opportunity, the company implements a cooling off period of 7 days from the time of enrollment for the enrollee to cancel or retract his/her business agreement. How can I upgrade to Platinum (within my 21 days) Log into your Back Office, select "Order /Upgrade", then select "Upgrade" and select the products that accumulate to the value required for you to upgrade to Platinum. If I miss my 21 Day Upgrade option, how can I upgrade? You can upgrade per BC (Business Center) only. To do so select "Order/Upgrade", then select any "BC" to activate/upgrade and then select the products. The status of the BC is determined by the value of the products. Alternatively, you may still upgrade each individual Business Center (to Platinum ONLY) with a onetime $900 wholesale purchase or by accumulating wholesale purchases that total $1800 in any one calendar month. The onetime purchase upgrades the Business Center in which the order was placed but not any other Business Centers or Reserve Centers. I upgraded to platinum within 21 Days. I got a free activation of 002 and 003. Do my 002 or 003 have carry forward sales? Yes, and even all reserve centre have carry forward sales. Why is my enrollment order not showing in my Product Fund Account? All enrollment orders will be reflected in your Personal Profile section. Only orders placed thru your Back Office are reflected in your Product Order Statement. What does "Active" Status means? In order to earn commissions, all Business Associates MUST be "Active"; meaning they have to have a personal volume of 60 BV the current month in order to "qualify" for the following month. All "Auto-Ship" orders of 60 BV by the BAs will automatically cause the BA to be "Active". What will happen if I am not "Active"? You will not be eligible for all types of commissions if you are not "active". However, if you just enroll (Products + BA Kit), you are eligible for ONLY the Fast Start Bonus and Team Binary Commissions for that month and the following month. In order to qualify for any type of commission for the 3rd month, you have to have a personal purchase of 60 BV on the 2nd month. Why was my Fast Start Bonus commission not posted yet? If you sponsor someone and they bought product at the time of enrollment, their Cooling Off period is 7 days. All sales will be confirmed only after 7 days. They will therefore fall for commission calculation only on the midnight of the 7th day and Fast Start Bonus is credited on the 8th Day. However, new Business Associates have the option to waive their cooling off period, 3 days after signing up. I signed up a new BA 2 days ago, but my commissions have not been paid out. Refer to above question. My referrals did not receive their Welcome Letter, how can I reprint for them? There are 2 options to Reprint/ Resend the Welcome Letter. Please note that both of these functions require the BA Name and the SS No. used during the enrollment. Your referral can reprint themselves from the Enroll Page, at the bottom portion there is a provision to Reprint the Welcome Letter Your Mega matching Bonus will be posted every month. The Mega Matching Bonus is only calculated from the Team Binary & Team Generation earnings of your direct referrals and their line of sponsorship. How can I qualify for my Mega Matching Bonus? You can qualify for the multiple levels of Mega Matching Bonus by doing personal sales corresponding to your leadership status; in the current month in order to qualify for the following month. When will I get my commissions posted to my account? Retail Sales Profit (from online sign up) – 7th day of the following month. The minimum posting is US 20 dollars, anything less will be carried forward.
Commission Payout All commission is accumulated in your BA account until it meets the commission release criteria. After which the system will allow your commission for "Auto Release". The "Auto Release" will be paid to your Commissions Plus, HyperWallet account on the 14th day after "Auto Release". Registration must be completed through Commissions Plus, HyperWallet to receive commissions. Minimum of US 60 Dollars. US Business Associates – Minimum payment of $60 USD, Maximum payment of $25,000 USD per release. When your CommissionsPlus HyperWallet is ready, you will receive an email with instructions and an easy, online enrollment process. The system uses your email address as the link between CommissionsPlus and Amega. You must use your exact email address that is registered in your CyberOffice. Where do I get the W9/W8BEN forms or Direct Payment forms? All forms are available in the Amegaworldwide.info site and your self-replicated website.
Orders & Delivery It will take about 10 -14 days delivery time for the products to reach you. We use UPS or USPS for delivery. You will receive The Air Way Bill (AWB) number via UPS email once the shipping label is created. The AWB # is also available on the Delivery Order (D/O) in your Product Order Statement. Can I cancel my Upgrade/Personal Purchase order? Yes. You can if you use your commission to "contra" provided the order in NOT processed. The commissions will be deposited back to your BA upon canceling. Can I change the products in my order? No, you cannot because all products come with a BV and commissions are posted upon processing, however you can exchange the products (unused condition) for the same or higher value by topping up the difference. Please note that no additional BV will be added for the change within 30 days from the date of delivery. What if I receive my products damaged or missing? Use the Amega Messenger and send us a message that you missing some products or products are damaged upon delivery within 3 working days and we will send replace those items at no additional charge. Can someone cancel his or her enrollment order? Yes, they can, provided it is within the "cooling Off" period. To do so they have to fax in a Cancellation Letter, or use the Amega Messenger to send in a message to cancel their enrollment 24 hrs before the expiry of the "cooling off" period.
